STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES

Please be advised that prior to showing a buyer a property:

1.    We do not require identification from a prospective buyer.

2.    We do not require a buyer to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement.

3.    We do not require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan to show a buyer property.

Be further advised, a seller and/or listing broker of a property may require identification and/or pre-approval for a mortgage loan to show a buyer their property.
