8. Purchase Offer on present home being sold
9. Copy of front & back of deposit check
10. Copies of Stocks, Bonds, Mutual funds, and IRA’s assets (401K, SIP, Options)
11. Divorce Decree/Separation Agreements
12. Credit Explanation/Bankruptcy Discharge — explain negative remarks on credit report
13. Landlord(s) name(s) & address(es) on previous 2 years’ residences
14. Application Fee
